Many people have reached out to say they would like to change the address associated with a reconnect card subscription. We've heard you and made the updates required.
You can now edit the address associated with each subscription. All you need to do is login to our customer portal with the email used at checkout. If you have any issues with login always feel free to reach out to us through our live chat or via reconnectcards@gmail.com.

To change the address associated with a subscription login to your account from the home page of https://www.reconnectcardco.com/
Once you click the the login icon at the top right corner of your screen, a screen will appear asking for your username (email used to make purchase) and password. Enter both and click "login."
If you are unsure of your username and password you can click "manage subscription" on this screen. It is very important here to use the email entered during the check out process.
Once you've logged in, you'll be taken to a screen to edit your subscriptions. Select the subscription you would like to edit to open editing options. Locate the area on the left of your screen called "shipping address." Click this area to open up an editor.
A new tab will appear on the right side of your screen. Select the shipping address you would like to associate with this subscription moving forward. If you do not already see the address click " add shipping address." This will promote you to fill out the new name and shipping address you would like to send your subscription to. The click add address.
Click "update for this subscription"
While you are logged in, you may want to update the custom message as well.
