How to change the custom message on your subscription

This is a step by step tutorial on how to change the custom message associated with your reconnect card subscription.

Login to your account through the https://www.reconnectcardco.com/ homepage.

Make sure to login using the same email you submitted at checkout. For help identifying this email reach out to us via chat or reconnectcards@gmail.com

If you use the login field to login, make sure to click "manage subscription" on the next page. 

select manage subscription

Once logged in select the subscription you would like to make changed to. The details of that subscription will appear on your screen. 

Locate the subscription product now on the left side of your screen and click on the arrow next to the product. 

click on the product you'd like to edit.

A new tab will open on your screen. Select the new custom message you would like written on your next subscription renewal and click "update."
